A Day at the 2025 Principled Business Summit at Necker Island

7:30am Hike around the Island led by Sir Richard Branson

The Island

Necker Island is Sir Richard Branson’s private island paradise. It is barefoot luxury in a setting that’s just about as exclusive as it gets. Necker Island is located in the Caribbean in the beautiful and unspoiled British Virgin Islands.

Arrival / Departure

The best airport to fly into is Beef Island, Tortola (EIS). Once you arrive, you will be welcomed by a team member who will take you to Trellis Bay dock. There, you’ll be met by a Necker Island boat to bring you onto the island. Please keep in mind when you are booking flights that the first pickups to Necker begin at 3:30 pm on arrival day. On departure day we have a 12:00 pm latest check-out time. We are able to accommodate boat runs for early morning departures!

  • No, your ticket includes accommodations, meals, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), airport transfers, all summit programming, and island activities. However, personal expenses, additional spa treatments, or off-island excursions may come at an extra cost.

  • No, there is no tipping on island.

  • The atmosphere on Necker Island is casual and relaxed.

    • Daytime: Comfortable resort wear, swimwear for water activities, and light athletic wear.

    • Evening: Smart casual – think summer dresses, linen shirts, and light, elegant attire.

    • Special events: We may have themed evenings, so we’ll provide recommendations in advance.

  • The BVI uses American electrical outlets.

  • Yes! High-speed WiFi is available throughout Necker Island, so you can stay connected when needed.

  • Extensions may be possible based on availability. If you’re interested, reach out to our team as soon as possible.

  • Due to the exclusivity and limited spots available, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferable upon approval by the host committee.

  • We encourage all participants to stay for the full duration to maximize their experience and connections. However, we understand that exceptions may be necessary and can accommodate adjustments if needed.

  • If you register as an individual, you will be matched with a roommate to share accommodations.

    If you prefer a private room, you will need to register as a couple to secure exclusive accommodations for yourself. Let us know if you have any preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them!
