Membership Services Director

Description: Liberty Ventures is seeking someone with experience in member services to execute on existing services for Liberty Ventures members, improve those services, remove/add services to support members, and increase value delivered to members while also increasing efficiency. Looking for someone who is aligned with our mission and values, is good at both interfacing with members and taking care of back-end tasks, fast-paced, and is able to accomplish abstract objectives with few but firm guardrails.
Expectations will include, but are not limited to:
Managing, growing, and improving the Membership Success Representatives program, including being a Member Success Representative and engaging in monthly calls with your own list of members
Engaging in front-facing conversations with Members
Managing and improving process for running curated connections for Members
Organizing and executing both virtual and in-person events for Members
Recruiting and running Benefits Program for Members
Creating new programs that add more value for Members
Coordinate and run the different Membership Tracks for Investors, Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Nonprofits
Be able to engage and mobilize Members to work with others and help develop programs (i.e. we don’t just have staff do everything, we activate members to do more for the network)
