Sales Director

Description: Liberty Ventures is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Director to scale the Liberty Ventures Network and monetize our value-add for members to lead to even greater growth of the Network and member services. Looking for someone who is aligned with our mission and values, is good on both the front-end and back-end of sales operations, fast-paced, and is able to accomplish abstract objectives with few but firm guardrails. 

Expectations will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sell a diversity of services and offerings ranging from memberships to events and more

  • Create and improve sales materials (e.g. decks, brochures, webpages, etc.)

  • Close new sales with leads delivered by marketing

  • Create a system for maintaining relationships with existing clients

  • Manage CRM for sales (Hubspot)

  • Train others to do sales and scale a team

  • Engage a diversity of leaders to help with sales
